Esther Dolo is an Ebola orphan. She lives with her aunt in Monrovia who struggles to feed her one meal each day.
Esther’s parents died in 2014 during the deadly Ebola epidemic in Liberia. When her parents died went to live with her aunt. Esther could not go to school because her aunt did not have the means to pay for her education.
In 2018, team member Benjamin Wollor met with Esther and arranged for her to receive a scholarship. For the 2019/2020 school year, the Teach Peace Foundation has provided a scholarship. Esther is in K-2 and is hoping she will have a sponsor to help her.
